I assume that would men Ratchet later? It'd be weird to release one from a two pack and never the other. Unless they're doing the Voyager mold later...

It's also more expensive than the first release.
Till-all-R1 wrote:Yes, but it's still based on a mold from long ago which by now has been more than paid for so this is juts gravy. And that's likely why they chose to do this, as well as the ER Prime reissue. Trying to soak anything they can from outdated molds. lol
Likely to help pay for the new Commander Prime.

The "It's based on a new mold" is a dumb argument.
By that logic, any G1 reissue should be free.
That's not how business work.
None of this is leftover unsold stock (It couldn't be since the original release completely sold out years ago), it's a brand new production run of new stock. That's how reissues work.Till-all-R1 wrote:-Kanrabat- wrote:Till-all-R1 wrote:Yes, but it's still based on a mold from long ago which by now has been more than paid for so this is juts gravy. Not what I was suggesting at all. But there's no reason to charge today's prices for yesterday's stock. I noticed that Jetfire is still the same price that is was four years ago for some reason...
Or is that simply because it's merely leftover unsold stock from the last reissue?

Also the original price for Jetfire was $70, the reissue is $90, the current CC price point.
