It is a made to order item so it will be limited to how many are ordered by fans willing to pay 660000 Yen. It will be available to order in person at Transformers Expo 2024 in Tokyo from September 13th to September 29th, 2024.
Other unique products will also be made for this event including a collaboration for Transformers themed Llamas, pins, bags and jewelry. Check out all the images below.

And Rody aren't lamas, they're horses. They're riding toys for little kids to bounce on. I know I've explained them here before, I feel like this isn't their first collaboration but I can't find info on a previous one.

Made to order or not, there's gotta be some expectation here...
It's actually less of a toy and more of a status symbol, really. Something to show off to one's rich peers, like those sports cars or noisy trucks I see on my job as a Crossing Guard, but much less obnoxious

It’s made by famous Japanese artisan Yuki Tsuboshima.
The figure is made of silver and made-to-order, which explains the high price.
The artist has previously made other transforming netsuke píeces. Very detailed and impressive. You can check some of their works via his Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube accounts.
This “figure” is considered more like a fine hi-end handicraft item, specifically made for the Japanese market.
