The discounted pricetag was likely put in to put the items into the store's inventory, before the stores themselves count inventory before their Spring resets. Many stores only have 1-2 items on hand, and may be on the merchandiser's cart, but aren't intending to be put out until the reset hits.

Interestingly enough, if you happen to luck out and do an in-store pickup of a discounted Astrotrain, if it's the only one remaining the price will revert back to $49 (after yours processes). Also, not all stores actually have the 1-2 in stock. It took me 5 attempts this morning to get one in the Baton Rouge area that didn't get canceled after an hour or so for being out of stock.

Very interesting. I saw on the front page that someone found one in store and it scanned at the discounted price, but I'm not sure if they actually bought it.

I ordered mine as an in-store pick up with the app, got it at $39.98, it was then marked to $49.97 when I went to check, but also listed as out of stock.

Nabbed Hoist, Cliffjumper and Wheeljack from the vets target, had to give them the DPCI number and they only had 8 in the back. Counterpunch purchased the remaining ones.

BR Millerville Target has Earthrise. Here's what I left.

2 x Grapples
1 x OP
2 each of the micromasters

I asked them to look in the back, pulled a Starscream, but no others. Supposed to be getting deluxes on the 23rd, but ER is lumped in with Siege.

Were there anymore Primes left at Siegen Target?

EDIT: No. I ran in as I was passing and the only Earthrise that I saw was an Astrotrain.

They only pulled one case, you could have them scan Astrotrain to see of there were any more in the back.

The Target app is helpful as well as it gives the DPCI numbers.

Has anyone checked any Best Buy's yet? I've heard reports of voyager and leader sightings in other states and can confirm both in Texas. They even had a spot for deluxes.

I'll be making a BR run when I get back home.

One of the guys in our local NOLA group found some of the deluxes last week at best Buys on the east and westbank.

Apparently some collectors from another TF fan universe have found ER figures at both BR Best Buys.

They had one at the Metairie Target last week. I have been trying to find the dpci for the new earthrise figures too.
