Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.

It's the blue. If they had done that as a dark red or black, I think it would be worked a bit better. I'm not too put off by it though. Still totally getting him.
This is definitely a Prowl/Bluestreak/Smokescreen mold of some type...if it already wasn't, I'm sure it will be in the future.

Been a while since a figure did that.
Overcracker wrote:Also, is it wrong that now I want a Peter Cullen voiced K.A.R.R? They can call him Agent Garth.
First-Aid wrote:I have tears of joy with this news. For us 80's kids there are four big vehicles we always wanted as Transformers.
K.I.T.T.
The A-Team's van.
Blue Thunder
Airwolf.
Make it happen Hasbro! And make it a combiner!
Till-all-R1 wrote:Gosh, as cool/neat as it looks $50 seems a bit high for a DL Bot. Or is it closer to Voyager Class?
I get that it should be slightly higher due to added license of Pontiac and the IP, not to mention electronics, but man this is Leader pricing lol
The others have all been more reasonable, yes? Gigawatt was only $30 wasn't it?
That said, I had to order it because it's Knight Rider!
Though I'm not a fan of eh blue jeans, it does throw the look off a bit.

Till-all-R1 wrote:I've never had an MP but I did have several Alternators. Which feel a bit large and definitely out of scale to ER through Legacy. I wound up selling most of them off except a couple cool looking ones.

MP scale, or Alternator scale?
Regardless, it will match with Ectotron, who is pretty big itself.
I'm looking forward to have it and make lots of comparison pictures.

Closer to modern MP car scale. Alternators were 1:24 scale, while MPs are generally 1:32.
There was a comparison in car mode with Ciffjumper and SS-86 Bee somewhere, and he looks pretty large against those 2, but not huge like an alternator would.

So, Ectotron will be in perfect scale with the K-2000 I guess?

D-Maximal_Primal wrote:too small. Ectotron would need to be leader to scale with Knight
Gauntlet101010 wrote:Man, the scale arguments are tough. I always thought Ectotron scaled pretty well with deluxes, but I guess he's a touch too large.
I think the only crossover that fits is Venom from the old Marvel Crossover line. Maybe?

would have done right and made Gigawatt a voyager class instead!

I do love the fact that Gigawatt is part of the WFC Sideswipe family, but indeed, he should be bigger to fit with the other X-Overs.
