Hey guys,

Thought I would share my collection now that it has calmed down a bit (and thus fewer new additions).

My favourite series to collect are Prime, Cybertron and Animated so I have more of those than the others. I also love Megatron so there will be quite a bit of him too.

We will start with Cybertron

Yep working and looking fine!

How do you actually display them in your house though? Those all look taken on the floor somewhere - unless it's a particularly wide shelf.

I dont have enough space to display them in my house. This might make some of you cry but this is how they are currently sotred:

That was my solution for a while, before I realised I could display them at my father's house, in a different country altogether. I don't have many on show in my flat, however, and a couple are in boxes, yes. So I understand the feeling.

Any plans to acquire some extra shelves?

Not until I get my own place. I currently live with my in laws and don't have much room to myself.

Here is my Prime collection so far:

I LOVE Megatron. Here are all my Megatron toys so far with my fvourite 2 in the spotlight.

The Prime collection looks great! A nice mix of Hasbro and Takara, with FE, PRiD and AM all in there.

You need more purplesaurs in your Megatron set though.

I also mixed up some Beast HUnters in there and cyberverse.

And as for Purple Dino Megatron, I have him and he's one of my first TFs (and I have the red dragon too). However I don't consider him a take on that same character so he would get his own picture one day. My collection pretty much replicates that time in the 90s animated Spider-man series where all the spideys from alternate dimensions met. Not saying its a good episode (I was lost as a kid) but in that interpretation of my colelction, BW Megs would not appear. Oh and I did have the Transmetal 1 Megs too once, but then he crumbled to peices.

That's why this has been such a fun coincidence all along!

I love transformers that emulate the Samurai theme. And with the news of the new Drift toy for Robots in Disguise, I felt like digging up those TFs from my collection. Didn't know if I should include Tigerhawk but he doesnt have any swords, so I didnt.

In every Transformers iteration, my favourite part is the dynamic between these two characters. They both love to hate eachother.

More Starscream and Megatron!

Here are my last pics for this section, the last 2 other mainstream incarnations of these characters side by side.

I am not a completionist, but I like robot Dinosaurs, so I ended up with quite a few Grimlocks. Here they are:

Now that I have roadbuster, I can play this scene out. There is one intruder though, or is he?



I dont like generations Blurr. At all. He is such a prominant and important character and has been given a derivitive mold, why? He is supposed to be sleek, but instead comes across as bulky with massive shoulders and legs. And if I placed generations Blurr instead, that pick would have been too odd with 2 wreckers having the same mold.

Anyways... Here is another version of this team without the odd man in.
